Since its inception, ADMEC has always tried its best to provide maximum education to students through practical and pragmatic approach. We have always believed in teaching concepts with mixed approach, a blend of both mentor based learning with self involvement. We always look for the reasons where we can involve our students and help them to get a real industry exposure. To make them familiar with their industry, we organised a Web Design Quiz. Through quiz, we want our students to know what the industry, they will be part of in the future, has store for them.
The quiz was organised with the sole purpose to teach students how they will implement their theoretical knowledge in practical way. From UI designing to the areas of web development and design, we covered all in our recent quiz. The students also got to know the areas where they need to work & some of them also got ideas about how to improve their existing skills.

Number of Rounds with details :
The quiz was spread over 4 rounds with 100 as its total score. There were two teams A & B with each of them having a team leader and mentor
ROUND 1 :Â Rapid fire Round | 35 questions each carrying 1 mark. (35 marks)
ROUND 2 :Â Web Development Round | 25 question for 1 mark each (25 marks)
ROUND 3 : Planning & Presentation Round | In this specific round, students prepared rough as well as final layout for the Web ad and banner (10 marks)
ROUND 4 :Â Achievers Round | The round consisted of 2 sub rounds- a) slip & flip | b) Read, Write and Explain. (25 marks)
*5 marks for team discipline and behaviour.
The event turned out to be beneficial for us as well as for students also. Students showed their participation with full enthusiasm and confidence.

The competition was very tough and both teams played really well by giving neck to neck competition to each other. Finally, Team A won the competition leaving the Team B behind.
