Being educator in digital media industry with more than 10 years of experience we noticed that our country is full with talented people and unlimited ideas but why our country is not one of a developed countries even after 60yrs of the independence.

I found a statement and that goes very well i.e.

“The greatest wastes are unused talents and untried ideas.”

Seriously, we never imagined for a traditional institution where students use to come and attend classes and leave institution after a small or big assessment and sometimes without the assessment. We always dreamed and believed to carve this institute as an airstrip to the world at large where all the people come and get a good takeoff for their career.

We think all the institutes, schools, colleges, universities, or any sort of wing or firm that has a duty to develop skilled manpower, should provide a platform to its students where they can learn and nurture the leadership skills.

Our institute organizes more than 25 educational events to groom the students in a manner where they learn by interaction, know to work in teams, and get industrial knowledge to accomplish tasks in professional manner.

Topics for the design projects

Topic 1: Girl Safety

Safety of girls and women in India is a grave issue. To tackle the problem, a multi – thronged tactics is required. Skewed sex-ratio, ‘com-modification’ of the female body through media and other popular means, patriarchal mind-set, lax justice system etc are some of the reasons why there is apparently an increase in incidents of assault on girls and women.  -With surveys and understandings of what is happening around us, it is time that the country joins hands together to realize that – ‘Women are NOT SAFE in any means in India’. Join hands and save women.

Topic 2: Harm of Drugs and Alcohol

When we think of alcohol we think of parties, having fun, and the possible effects alcohol does to us. Alcohol affects many young and old users. Most commonly users of alcohol today are teenagers. Teenagers are usually peer pressured into trying alcohol or they try to escape their pain or suffering from the outside world. The effects of taking these drugs are dangerous: domestic violence, crimes, accidents, sexual assault or becoming infected with HIV/AIDS.

Topic 3: Health And Hygiene

Health is freedom from disease and sickness. Without health, we cannot do any work and we cannot improve in life. So, health is the primary need for every one of us. To keep our health well, we should obey the laws of hygiene. Food, exercise, rest and sleep, regular habits, neatness and cleanliness, air and light, punctuality and peace of mind are the primary conditions for good health. Hence, we should eat healthy food and balance diet. Everyday we should take exercise in morning and evening. We should be regular in all our daily duties. We should be neat and clean. We should let fresh air and light into our houses. We should be punctual in all our daily duties. Peace of mind is another condition for good health. So, we should not worry over small things of life. Labor must be followed by rest. There is an old saying-

“Early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise”

It is true that health is the best wealth. But it is a matter of regret that most of us do not realize it. Hygiene is taught in the class but nobody follows the principle of hygiene. Hence they are falling prey to many kinds of disease. However, it is hoped that they will soon understand their mistakes and will give up their dirty habits.

Topic 4: Gender Discrimination

In India women are considered as pure, divine and worshiped. But on the other hand she is discriminated against and victimized by the norms created by male dominant society.

Females of our country have faced the discrimination for ages now and still continue to exist in various forms. Any denial of equality, gender and opportunity on the basis of gender is gender discrimination.
